About the villa

Villa Palmyra enjoys a fabulous private location just 10 minutes on foot from Pampelonne beach and the iconic Tropicana beachside restaurant, with the village of Saint-Tropez easily reached by car. The villa is wrapped in a beautifully maintained garden of palm trees, fig trees and ancient olives, sheltered by pine and bamboo. The property is fully alarmed with ample on-site parking.

Outdoor living

A beautiful 12 m × 6 m swimming pool with Roman-step access features an architectural fountain at one end. A covered terrace at one side is dressed with comfortable sofas, while a separate covered dining area features a summer kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, sink, hob and barbecue.

Indoor living

The villa unfolds across two levels with the main living area on the first floor — flowing through glass doors onto furnished covered verandas on two sides. Access is via a spiral staircase at the front or a side staircase from the kitchen.

Everything is brand new and finished to the highest standard: tiled and wooden floors, neutral furnishings and soft grey walls combine to create a feeling of light, space and great comfort. The living room features a very large TV with full Sky channels, a Bose Hi-Fi system with indoor and garden speakers, a PlayStation 3, plus full air-conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout.

The very modern open-plan kitchen — equipped with Gaggenau appliances — flows into the large living/dining area, anchored by a central fireplace. A guest WC completes this floor.

Accommodation for ten guests

• The master suite on the first floor opens onto the veranda overlooking the pool, with private dressing room and en-suite bathroom (large shower, bath and WC).
• A further double bedroom on this level with TV and en-suite shower room and WC.
• On the ground floor: a large living-room-style bedroom with TV and en-suite shower room and WC, with a covered terrace facing the pool.
• Two further independent twin/double bedrooms opening onto a side terrace, each with TV and private en-suite shower rooms with WC.
• Laundry room on the ground level.
