What to share when you write

The more we know upfront, the sharper our shortlist. If you can, include:

• Preferred travel window (week-of and flexibility)
• Number of guests, breakdown of adults/children/staff
• Bedroom and budget guidance
• Which area matters most — Les Parcs, Pampelonne, Ramatuelle, Gassin, La Croix-Valmer — or whether you want us to suggest
• Whether you’ll need a tender, yacht charter, helicopter transfer, private chef, or in-villa security

We come back the same day with a hand-picked shortlist, including off-market villas that don’t appear anywhere on the public site. For July and August stays the strongest properties move first — we recommend reaching out 4–6 months ahead for peak weeks.

The off-market list

A meaningful share of our portfolio is not listed publicly. These are villas whose owners prefer that their property is shown only to clients we have vetted personally. If you mention “off-market list” in your message, Sylvana will share what’s available for your dates within 24 hours.

Visiting Saint-Tropez?

Our office is in the heart of the village — a short walk from Place des Lices and the port. We’re happy to host you for a coffee, run through the portfolio in person, or arrange a same-day viewing inside any of our currently-available villas. Just let us know when you’re in town.
