The swimming-pool (4.50 x 8.00 – 1.40 deep) is located in a flowered patio and surrounded by walls and locked doors (2.50 high). Guests are responsible for locking the doors properly for security around the pool.

Accommodation for 12 people

On the ground floor you find the hall, the living-room, the dining-room and the TV/study room. The separate kitchen opens onto a terrace for the meals. There is also a laundry room. One large bedroom with attached bathroom with shower and separate toilet, two bedrooms sharing one bathroom with shower and separate toilet and an independent guest washbasin are on the same level.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with each a washbasin and a separate shower and toilet to be shared.

The master bedroom has a private terrace and a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.

The six bedrooms have following beds: two with 160cm beds, two with twin-beds 80cm (possible to make 160 cm beds) and two with one single bed (80cm, boat cabin type). Five bedrooms have sea view, one garden view; four bedrooms have air-conditioning/heating.

Further amenities

The access to the pier and the sea is private from the front terrace. A hot shower is available in the boat garage for the swimmers.
