About the villa

An exceptional waterfront residence on La Nartelle, Villa Pieds dans l’Eau sits directly on the coast with its own private pier and boat garage (canoe included). Built in 1956 as a family home, the villa retains its authentic 1950s character, with original furniture and a soulful atmosphere. From the terraces, the view stretches across the bay to the rugged Massif de l’Estérel.

Outdoor living

The villa offers direct private sea access from the front terrace, with a hot shower in the boat garage for swimmers returning from the water. A protected 4.5 m × 8 m swimming pool (1.4 m deep) sits within a flowered, walled patio, secured by lockable doors.

Accommodation for twelve guests

Ground floor: entrance hall, living room, dining room, TV/study room, separate kitchen opening onto an outdoor dining terrace, and laundry. One large bedroom with private en-suite bathroom (shower and separate WC), two bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower and separate WC, plus an independent guest cloakroom.

First floor: two further bedrooms, each with a washbasin, sharing a separate shower and WC. The master suite features a private terrace and a generous en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and WC.

The six bedrooms feature two 160 cm beds, two twin (80 cm, convertible to 160 cm) and two single (80 cm, boat-cabin style). Five bedrooms enjoy sea views; one has a garden view. Four bedrooms feature air-conditioning and heating.

Villa Pieds dans l’Eau is an extraordinary direct-waterfront property — a rare and authentic 1950s Riviera home for guests who want to step out of their living room directly onto their own pier.

Private chef, daily concierge, beach club bookings, drivers and yacht charters can all be arranged on request through Sylvana and the Cyrus International team.
