Villa Agapanthe is a recently built property at the very heart of the famous private domain Les Parcs de Saint-Tropez — the village’s most discreet and most exclusive address. Behind the security gates the property feels as quietly private as a Provençal countryside retreat, yet the centre of Saint-Tropez is just five minutes by car or a fifteen-minute ride by bicycle.
The landscaped garden is anchored by a heated swimming pool and a private pétanque court between mature plantings — the kind of garden that turns afternoon rosé into evening dinner without anyone wanting to leave. Two bicycles are kept ready for guests to ride down to the domain’s private beach or to the beaches of Les Salins.

The master bedroom enjoys its own dressing, bathroom and shower, and two further guest bedrooms sit on the same level, each opening onto the terraces.

What we noticed when we inspected it
Inside Les Parcs you expect privacy; what stands out at Agapanthe is how new it feels — recently built, so the kitchen and the individually air-conditioned bedrooms are to current standard rather than a renovation of something older. The two bicycles kept ready for guests are the detail we’d flag: from the gate it’s a short ride down to the domain’s private beach or the beaches of Les Salins, which many guests don’t realise is doable without the car. The pétanque court beside the heated pool is where, in our experience, the afternoon quietly turns into the evening.
