Tucked into the wonderfully discreet area of La Moutte, just minutes from the powdery white sands of the Salins beaches and only a five-minute drive from the centre of Saint-Tropez, Villa Ambiance lives up to its name from the moment you arrive — warm, welcoming and quietly elegant.

Built in a confident modern Provençal style and beautifully decorated in soft, sun-bleached colours, the villa balances high-end materials with a thoughtfully relaxed atmosphere. It is the kind of home that feels lived-in and loved, ready for both quiet mornings and long, joyful evenings with family and friends.

Outside, the mature garden unfolds into generous shaded terraces with separate outdoor dining and lounge areas, framed by Mediterranean trees and aromatic planting. After a refreshing dive into the private pool, there is no nicer place on the peninsula to settle in with a chilled glass of Provence rosé.

On the garden level, the villa opens onto a welcoming hall with guest cloakroom, a discreet laundry with extra fridge, and a generous living room with fireplace. A separate dining area flows into the well-equipped modern kitchen. This level also offers four spacious bedrooms with private bath or shower rooms and WC, all fully air-conditioned.

The upper level is dedicated to the air-conditioned master suite, complete with a private bathroom and its own small terrace — a peaceful retreat above the gardens.

Practical comforts include a driveway with parking for four cars, a dedicated pétanque pitch for evening games, an alarm system and an electric entrance gate — everything you need for a relaxed, secure Saint-Tropez summer.
