Cyrus International was founded in 2001 by a small team that wanted to do villa rental in Saint-Tropez the way it ought to be done — personally, knowledgeably, on the ground. A quarter of a century later, we still work the same way. Every villa we represent has been visited in person, by us. Every owner is someone we know by name. And the peninsula itself — its harbour, its quiet roads behind Place des Lices, the rocks east of the Bay where the morning sun first lands — we have walked it for so long that recommending the right villa feels less like sales and more like introducing two friends.

Why one address, one team, one peninsula

Most villa rental companies cover a region — the Côte d’Azur, the South of France, sometimes all of Europe. We did the opposite from day one: we chose a single peninsula. Forty kilometres of coastline. Five distinct neighbourhoods. Five hundred or so properties of genuine quality. That is the entire universe we work in, and we know it the way a sommelier knows their cellar.

The benefit for our guests is concrete. When you describe what you are looking for — a waterfront residence inside Les Parcs, a Provençal mas with vineyards behind Ramatuelle, a villa where the tender from your yacht can pull right up to the rocks — we know within minutes which two or three properties actually fit, and which to politely steer you away from. There is no algorithmic match-making, no portfolio-padding from other regions, no third-party booking layer. Just direct selection by people who have stood in every room.

Sylvana van Veen — the voice you will hear

Most enquiries reach Sylvana van Veen directly. Sylvana has been with Cyrus for the full twenty-five years, speaks Dutch, English and French, and is — depending on the season — equally likely to be on a yacht arranging a tender transfer, in a kitchen briefing a private chef for a 14-guest dinner, or walking a client through a villa at sunrise to check whether the light truly is what the photographs promise.

If you ask her where to eat on a Thursday evening, she will tell you about table 14 at Tigrrr Beach with the sunset behind the yachts in the bay. If you ask her about Saturday morning, she will send you to the market on Place des Lices before nine. That is the texture of advice you get when you work with someone who has lived a place for two and a half decades.

What we actually do for you

Villa selection is the start, not the whole of the work. Once a property is confirmed, our concierge team coordinates everything that surrounds a stay:

• Pre-arrival: provisioning to the villa, floral styling, private security set-up, household staff briefing
• On the water: yacht charter (including via Sylvana Yachts), tender transfers, beach club tables (Club 55, Verde, Loulou, La Réserve à la Plage)
• In the air: helicopter transfers to Nice or La Mole, with in-domain landing where the villa has a private pad
• At the villa: private chef and butler service, daily housekeeping, childcare, drivers, additional security as required
• Off-property: Michelin-starred restaurant reservations, wine cellar consultation, art and antique introductions, private museum and vineyard access
