Grimaud
Villa Strelitzia is a recently built bastide set in a peaceful pocket of Grimaud, only 10–15 minutes by car from Saint-Tropez and the beaches of Pampelonne, Tahiti and Club 55. Step through the gate and the atmosphere shifts immediately — this is the unhurried, fragrant version of Provence, just minutes from the bay.
Behind an electric entrance gate, the house opens onto a wide front lawn arranged around a generous pool with sun beds and 450 m² of terraces. A covered al-fresco dining area sits in front of the guest house, anchored by a large family table — a natural gathering point for long lunches and easy summer evenings.
Accommodation is split across a main house and a separate guest house. The main house comprises a living room, a dining kitchen, a billiard room and the master bedroom with a large shower room, plus four further bedrooms sharing two shower rooms. The guest house adds its own living and dining room with fireplace and open kitchen, a master bedroom with large open shower room and two further good-size bedrooms sharing a bathroom.
The layout is built for families travelling together or groups of friends who want shared spaces and private corners in equal measure. The pool terrace, billiard room and indoor/outdoor dining areas all sit at the centre of daily life, while the two houses keep evenings discreet and unhurried.
Grimaud combines a medieval village, vineyards and easy access to the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. From Villa Strelitzia, the marina at Port Grimaud, the beaches of Beauvallon and the boutiques and restaurants of Saint-Tropez are all within a short drive.
Private chef, daily concierge, beach club bookings, drivers and yacht charters can all be arranged on request through Sylvana and the Cyrus International team.
