Villa Paulina is an exceptional neo-Provençal estate set in a wine-village half an hour from Saint-Tropez, surrounded by the protected hills of the Massif des Maures. Sainte-Maxime is 10 km away — from there it is a fifteen-minute sea shuttle directly into the village of Saint-Tropez. South to south-east facing, the property enjoys a dominant, panoramic view that quietly impresses every guest who steps onto its terraces.

The estate is composed of four houses totalling 750 m² of living space on a landscaped, wooded park of 11,700 m². Build quality and finishes are rare for the region: heavy solid-oak doors, exposed beams, noble materials throughout. The main villa alone covers around 300 m² around a vast 100 m² living and dining room with ceilings rising to more than five metres — the kind of volume designed for long Provençal lunches and quiet winter evenings alike.

Outdoors, the estate doubles as a private resort. Two swimming pools (one of them a generous 15 x 7.5 m), a tennis court, a volleyball court and a basketball court, plus a sauna, hammam, and Jacuzzi spa area mean that even very large groups can keep moving without ever leaving the property.
