Villa Louise is one of the jewels of the French Riviera — a singular residence of 1,000 m² at the heart of an 8,000 m² private estate, with three separate accesses for absolute discretion. From its commanding position, the property looks out across the surrounding domain and toward the sea.

The grounds are a private resort in their own right: a generous heated swimming pool, a fully equipped pool house, a Jacuzzi, a massage room and a fitness space mean that very large groups can move from breakfast to spa to dinner without ever leaving home. A professional kitchen stands ready to host private chefs and full event catering whenever the occasion calls for it.

Main residence — ground floor: entrance lobby, living room and bar, TV room, dining room, family kitchen and professional kitchen with walk-in fridge.

First floor: a sequence of suites each with its own character and sea view. Suite 1 (west) — 55 m² with king bed, dressing, shower bathroom, separate toilet and sea-view terrace. Suite 2 (south) — 65 m² with king bed, desk area, dressing, bathtub bathroom, separate toilet and sea-view terrace. Bedroom 3 (east) — 40 m² with king bed, shower bathroom, separate toilet and dressing. Additional bedrooms (each with king bed, dressing and en-suite shower room) accommodate further guests.

Second floor: a private 60 m² suite with its own dining room, family kitchen and sea-side terrace — ideal for a primary couple seeking a private wing within the property. A further king-size bedroom with dressing and en-suite completes the level.

Villa Louise is purpose-built for milestone celebrations, intimate weddings, multi-generational holidays and discreet retreats. Private chef, in-house spa therapists, daily concierge, drivers and yacht charters can all be arranged on request through Sylvana and the Cyrus International team.
