Villa Club 33 is a beautifully composed contemporary residence, completely renovated in 2012 and tucked away within a private and secure domain in one of the most sought-after corners of Saint-Tropez — chosen by guests for its rare combination of tranquillity, privacy and an outstanding location. It sits just minutes from the white-sand Salins beach and a short drive from the heart of Saint-Tropez.

The villa is built around a series of sleek architectural moments. A spacious living room with fireplace opens into a modern dining area seating up to ten guests. A separate contemporary chef’s kitchen — fully equipped with high-end appliances, induction stove and a private wine cellar — connects to the back of the house, ideal for a private chef or relaxed family cooking.

The villa offers five elegant bedrooms, four on the ground floor and one suite tucked into the rooftop above.

• The master suite, beside the living room, features its own bathroom with double sinks, walk-in shower and WC.
• A second double bedroom sits beside the dining room with its own bathroom, WC and bidet. Both bedrooms feature quality TVs.
• On the right wing of the villa: a single and a double bedroom open onto the garden, each with private en-suite shower and WC.
• Upstairs, a charming double bedroom sits beneath the roofline with wooden floors and an en-suite bathroom — its private terrace built into the roof offers a splendid view of the sea and the adjoining canal.

Outdoor living

The beautifully landscaped garden is dotted with majestic palm trees and centres around a heated swimming pool, with a shaded wooden pergola for long lunches and relaxed reading.

Comfort & security

The villa is finished to the highest standard: Italian marble floors, integrated Samsung TVs, fast Wi-Fi and a full alarm system with cameras. The large plot can accommodate up to four cars and includes a separate garage.
