Set within the peaceful, gated residential neighbourhood of Beauvallon, Villa Argentina commands a sweeping panoramic view over the Bay of Saint-Tropez. The beach is within walking distance, lively Sainte-Maxime is a few minutes by car, and Saint-Tropez itself is a short drive — or a romantic 15-minute ferry crossing across the bay.

Completely renovated and interior-designed to an exceptional standard, the villa makes confident use of exposed wood, leather and richly textured fabrics. The result is a glorious, unique residence that feels both timeless and effortlessly contemporary, with full air-conditioning and a heated pool.

The main house offers four luxurious bedroom suites, each with its own sumptuous en-suite bathroom. Two large king-bedded suites on the first and second floors each open onto a private balcony with magnificent sea views, while two further en-suite bedrooms on the garden level give direct access to the gardens. A separate guest house adds three additional double bedrooms, ideal for extended family or close friends.

The spacious open-plan living room features two distinct seating areas so guests can enjoy the sea view together or in quiet conversation, flowing into an informal dining space and a well-equipped kitchen where the chef remains part of the gathering. A Sonos sound system runs throughout the house, with Netflix on the TV and a complimentary iPad and printer at your disposal.

Outside, a covered terrace with a large dining table looks straight out over the bay — perfect for long alfresco lunches and evening cocktails. The heated pool sits on its own terrace with shaded seating and a second dining area, and a full-size pétanque court invites a classic Provençal game of boules at sunset.
