Set in the desirable private domain of Beauvallon-Grimaud with a distant, romantic view over the Bay of Saint-Tropez, Villa Alana is a beautifully composed modern home built in 2005 and crafted from a confident mix of high-end materials in modern and traditional style. Bathrooms are signed by the legendary Philippe Starck, a quiet luxury detail you feel the moment you arrive.

The villa is wrapped by a charming, mature garden planted with fifty different varieties of palm tree and a tapestry of Mediterranean plants, creating a sense of stepping into a private botanical retreat. At its heart, an 11 m × 5 m swimming pool invites long, sun-drenched afternoons that feel almost tropical-island remote — yet you are only minutes from the cosmopolitan pulse of the peninsula.

The Beauvallon golf course and the Beauvallon beach club are both a short drive away, the latter offering a delightful ferry crossing directly to Saint-Tropez — the most stylish commute on the Riviera.

Inside, the villa welcomes up to ten guests. A graceful entrance hall opens into a generous living room with fireplace, an elegant dining room, and a fully equipped open kitchen. Sliding glass doors lead onto a covered outdoor dining terrace — the perfect Provençal table for long alfresco lunches and starlit dinners.

Accommodation comprises five en-suite bedrooms, each with private bath or shower room and WC. A practical lower level houses the laundry, additional storage and an indoor two-car garage.
