A generous living room with fireplace opens onto a designer kitchen with dining area, equipped with Gaggenau appliances and anchored by a masterpiece range cooker from La Cornue — a serious working kitchen for the family chef or for a private chef on residence.

Villa Vanades offers 7 large bedrooms, each with its own bath or shower and dressing area. A dedicated wine area completes the lower level. The layout is generous throughout, with plenty of room to host extended family or two travelling families in genuine comfort.

The kitchen is the part we always point out: a Gaggenau set-up built around a La Cornue range — a genuine working kitchen, which is why it’s one of the villas we most often recommend when guests travel with a private chef. The 4,269 m² garden gives the property a sense of calm and long views you rarely get this close to the centre, and the plot is large enough for a helicopter to land directly on request. With seven full bedrooms each with its own bathroom, it’s one of the easier villas for two families travelling together without anyone feeling on top of each other.
