Luxury villa Saint-Tropez

This exceptional villa enjoys a fabulous location, just 10 minutes walking from Pampelonne Beach and the Tropicana beachside restaurant. The village of Saint-Tropez is easily reached by car. Very private, it is set within a well maintained garden with palm trees, figs and olive trees, surrounded by pine trees and bamboo. There are plenty of parking spaces and the property is fully alarmed.

Outside the house is a beautiful swimming pool (12 x 6, roman step access) with a fountain at the end.
A covered terrace at one end of the pool is furnished with comfortable sofas. There is a covered dining area at the side, with summer kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, sink and hob) and barbecue.

The accommodation is on two levels with the main living area on the first floor, opening to furnished covered verandas on two sides. Access is by a spiral staircase at the front of the house, or via another side staircase from the kitchen. Everything is brand new and the rooms are decorated, furnished and equipped to the highest of standards. With tiled or wooden floors, neutral furnishings and light grey painted walls, the feeling is one of light, space and great comfort. There is a very large TV in the living room with all Sky channels, Bose hi-fi system and with speakers inside and outside in the garden plus a Playstation 3. There is air conditioning throughout and Wi-Fi internet.

On the first floor you find the very modern and well equipped kitchen, with Gaggenau appliances, open-plan to the living area. This is a very large living/dining area with central fireplace and glass doors along the front opening to the veranda. Guest WC.

Accommodation for 10 people

On the same level you find the Master bed room with an opening to the veranda, overlooking the swimming pool. It has an en-suite dressing room and en-suite bathroom with large shower, bath and WC. Furthermore there is a double bedroom with TV and en-suite shower room and WC.
On the ground floor with a covered terrace facing the pool there is a large living room/bedroom with TV and en-suite shower room and WC.  Opening to side terrace are two more independent bedrooms, both twin/double bedrooms with TV and en-suite shower rooms with WC. Laundry. is also on this level.
