About the villa

Villa Florentina is a beautiful Provençal bastide set just below the historic Chapelle Sainte-Anne — one of the most coveted addresses on the peninsula. From its elevated position the villa enjoys spectacular views over the heart of Saint-Tropez (just 300 m away), the sands of Tahiti beach (1 km) and the legendary Pampelonne beach (2 km), with a fantastic panoramic outlook across the entire Gulf of Saint-Tropez.

Inside, the bastide has been tastefully decorated with rich wood detailing in a style that feels at once authentic and elegantly contemporary, with a warm, considered atmosphere throughout.

A garden built for entertaining

The mature private gardens cover 3,000 m² of sunny grounds planted with fruit trees, oleander and lavender, surrounding a 12 m × 6 m swimming pool equipped with a child-safe pool fence and alarm system.

Two generous outdoor terraces frame everyday life at the villa:

• The first faces the pool beneath a magnificent sycamore tree, with sofas and a long dining table seating up to 18 guests.
• The second offers sea views and sits beneath a flowery pergola, comfortably seating ten for evening dinners.

The gardens and pool are beautifully illuminated at night, giving the villa a quietly cinematic atmosphere after dark.

Accommodation for over twelve guests

The main bastide offers three double bedrooms upstairs:

• Master bedroom with fireplace, vast proportions and a serene view across the bay; TV, large en-suite bathroom with two sinks and twin WCs.
• A second double bedroom on the bay side with private bathroom and WC.
• A third double on the garden side with private shower and WC.

A further small double bedroom sits on the ground floor near the main entrance, with its own shower and WC — ideal for an extra guest or staff member.

The bastide also includes two fully independent apartments, each with three bedrooms, a bathroom, a lounge with TV and a private kitchen. In one of the apartments, the living-room sofa converts into two single beds — adding even more flexibility for large families or groups of friends.

Indoor living

The main living room is perfectly oriented toward the Bay of Saint-Tropez — a spacious lounge with fireplace flowing into a dining room that seats up to ten. The fully equipped La Cornue kitchen is paired with a charming veranda overlooking the garden trees, where a TV and Bang & Olufsen Hi-Fi complete the atmosphere.

The Bang & Olufsen Hi-Fi system extends seamlessly throughout the house, garden and pool area, with full Wi-Fi coverage, an alarm system, indoor garage and outdoor parking for four additional cars.
