Villa Tennessee is a modern sea-view residence just minutes from the centre of Saint-Tropez, the port and the boutiques and restaurants of Place des Lices. The villa is built around a dramatic two-storey picture window that pulls the Mediterranean panorama deep into the entrance and through to the main living areas — a defining first impression on arrival.

The property is fully air-conditioned and centrally heated, with a heated pool and broad outdoor terraces designed for year-round use. The interiors combine generous reception rooms with quiet retreats — a wine bar, an office and a games corner — making Villa Tennessee equally well suited to large family gatherings and more intimate stays.

Bedrooms and layout

Villa Tennessee sleeps comfortably across 7 en-suite bedrooms — 4 masters and 3 additional bedrooms. Each room has its own bathroom and flat-screen television, with individual air-conditioning controls. One master sits on the living-room floor, while three further masters open off the spectacular entrance staircase below, each with sea views, direct outdoor access and televisions in both bedroom and bathroom.

Living and dining

The oversized main living area combines comfortable lounge seating, a flat-screen TV, an equipped bar with wine cellar and a games table. A dining table seats 14 guests indoors, with two further outdoor dining tables of 12 covers each — one on the sea-view terrace and one on the sheltered back patio for breezier days. The eat-in kitchen flows out to summer and winter dining terraces on either side.

Wellness and entertainment

Villa Tennessee offers a fully equipped sports room with treadmills, a stationary bike, weights and mats, complete with a private hammam and shower room. A dedicated cinema room with chaise lounges sits alongside the indoor and outdoor showers that line the route from pool to house.

Outdoor living

The terraces wrap the main floor, framing long views over the bay. Below the house, mature Mediterranean planting surrounds the heated pool and sun decks, with quiet corners arranged for reading, aperitifs and slow afternoons in the shade.
