Villa Rosalie sits at the top of a hill above Escalet beach, on the unspoilt coastline between Saint-Tropez and La Croix-Valmer. The property looks out over the Mediterranean on one side and rolling Provençal countryside on the other, with the vineyards of Ramatuelle, the bay of Pampelonne, Club 55 and Tahiti beach all within easy reach.

Set on 6,000 m² of landscaped grounds, this is a contemporary architectural masterpiece. Villa Rosalie sleeps 16 guests across 8 bedrooms, each with its own spa-inspired en-suite bathroom. Inside, 500 m² of living space unfolds across an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen, a formal dining room seating 18 and generous lounging areas. Floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows pull the countryside and sea views deep into the interior.

Outdoor living

The grounds are designed for entertaining at scale while keeping intimate corners for quieter moments. The vanishing-edge pool, sun terraces and covered al-fresco dining areas form a natural axis around the house, with mature Mediterranean planting offering shade and privacy throughout the day.

Villa Rosalie is perfectly positioned for the beaches and villages of the Saint-Tropez peninsula — Escalet, Gigaro and the iconic Pampelonne stretch are all minutes away, while the boutiques and restaurants of Place des Lices, Hôtel Byblos and the port of Saint-Tropez are a short drive over the hill.
