Villa Romance is an elegant family retreat in Ramatuelle, set in the quiet hills above the bay of Saint-Tropez and only a short drive from Pampelonne beach, the boutiques of Place des Lices and the legendary beach clubs of Tahiti, Club 55 and Nikki Beach. The villa blends the warmth of a Provençal home with carefully chosen modern detailing — open spaces, natural light and a sea view that opens up across the garden.

The heart of the house is a large open-plan living room with a fireplace, flowing into a dining area that opens to the main covered terrace on one side and to a shaded patio corner on the other — a welcome escape from the midday sun. A Moroccan-styled lounge area and a summer kitchen extend the living space outdoors, all facing the pool and the staged Mediterranean garden.

Bedrooms and layout

Villa Romance sleeps 8 guests across 4 en-suite bedrooms. Three air-conditioned double bedrooms sit on the ground floor, each opening directly onto the terrace or garden with views over the pool. A fourth bedroom with its own shower room is on the lower level, set apart for added privacy — ideal for older children, staff or a quiet guest suite. The lower level also houses a home cinema room and a laundry. An equipped office corner in the main hallway adds a discreet workspace.

Outdoor living

The terraced Mediterranean garden enjoys long sea views and tantalising glimpses of the bay throughout the day. Beyond the main terrace and pool, the grounds reveal small surprises — a pétanque pitch and a koi pond — that make Villa Romance feel less like a rental and more like a private estate. The setting is exceptionally quiet, with countryside views in every direction.

Comfort and security

The property is fully fenced and alarmed, with an automatic gate for cars and a locked pedestrian entrance. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and the villa is fully equipped for an extended summer stay in the Saint-Tropez peninsula.
