Villa Maxime is a beautifully decorated modern Provençal residence on the iconic Route Sainte-Anne, with a wonderful view over the Bay and the village of Saint-Tropez. The villa is dressed with curated contemporary art and modern furnishings, while soaring ceilings and exposed wooden beams add a warm, soulful atmosphere.

The fully equipped modern kitchen is a beautiful place to prepare a relaxed lunch or a private chef’s dinner, with views into the villa and out across the gardens. Large terraces feature wooden dining tables, chairs and stylish outdoor living lounges.

Accommodation

First floor: the master suite with en-suite bathroom and dressing, alongside a second bedroom with private bathroom and WC.

Garden level: a further bedroom with en-suite bathroom and WC.

Independent wing: a separate bedroom with private bathroom, WC and small kitchenette — ideal for guests who appreciate complete privacy.

Outdoor living & location

A large swimming pool completes the picture. Location is exceptional: just a 5-minute walk to Place des Lices in Saint-Tropez and a 5-minute drive to the legendary beaches of Pampelonne, with the iconic Club 55 and Nikki Beach close at hand.
