The adjacent chef’s kitchen, anchored by a central cooker and finished with high-end materials, opens onto a peaceful covered dining terrace. A beautiful stone dining table seats up to 10 guests, with a dedicated BBQ area nearby.

The large terrace opens directly onto the heart of the Mediterranean garden. A spacious 16 m × 6 m heated swimming pool — fully secured with a safety net — takes centre stage, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. The villa offers a tastefully composed living room with fireplace.

Accommodation for 13 guests — seven bedrooms

Each bedroom features air-conditioning, in-room safe, hairdryer, Wi-Fi and its own private bathroom or shower room.

• Ground floor (right wing): one en-suite bedroom with shower room.
• First floor: two double bedrooms with showers, TV and small sea view.
• Garden level (left wing): two double bedrooms with independent garden access, TVs, shower room and bathroom, and a private terrace facing the pool.
• A further double bedroom with direct garden access and private terrace.
• The master suite on the first floor with two private terraces — one with a sun-deck solarium.
