About the villa

Villa Gustavia is a beautiful contemporary villa set in the heart of Les Salins — the wild, fragrant and picturesque corner of the Saint-Tropez peninsula. The legendary Salins beach is just two minutes away by car, while the village of Saint-Tropez itself is close enough for easy evenings out and quiet enough to leave the festive nightclub buzz behind when you come home.

This is a recently built property finished with all the comfort and high-end materials one could imagine. The villa is famously anchored by a true professional kitchen, equipped with two induction plates, an integrated wok, double extractor hoods over a central island, traditional and steam ovens, and a double American refrigerator — a dream for any visiting chef.

Accommodation for twelve guests

The villa offers six bedrooms in total — four within the main house and two further bedrooms with independent access.

Ground floor — main house

Three bedrooms, each with private dressing room, TV, en-suite bathroom (one with bath, the others with walk-in showers) and individual WC. Every bedroom enjoys its own private terrace overlooking the garden and pool.

Upstairs — master suite

The bright and beautiful master suite reveals a generous dressing room and a large private terrace overlooking the garden and pool. A true suite, with a sitting area, panoramic views, built-in TV in a cabinet at the foot of the bed and warm wooden floors. The en-suite bathroom is dressed in stunning Italian brown marble, with a walk-in Italian shower, bathtub, twin basins and WCs.

Independent guest wing

Two further bedrooms sit in their own wing with independent access. Each is equipped with private shower, WC, TV and its own outdoor terrace — providing plenty of space and privacy for everyone.

Living and outdoor spaces

The huge living area includes a dining room for up to ten guests, a TV corner and a spacious lounge built around a fireplace. Outside, a 14 m × 7 m swimming pool takes centre stage, surrounded by sunbeds, parasols and a generous shaded terrace. A second cosy outdoor lounge overlooks the garden and pool — perfect for long Provençal evenings.
