About the villa

Villa Club 55 is the rare Saint-Tropez residence where you can step out of the front door and walk to one of the most legendary beach clubs in the world in just five minutes. Originally built in the 1970s and beautifully refreshed with high-end materials and contemporary furnishings, the villa retains the easy, sun-bleached charm of vintage Pampelonne — reimagined for modern family holidays.

From the moment you step inside, the atmosphere is unmistakable: a warm, welcoming family house designed for long, slow days with loved ones. The front terrace looks out between tall palm trees onto a charming sea view, anchored by an oversized dining table that begs for long lunches and chilled rosé.

The garden is a child-friendly dream: a soft lawn with a children’s swing, a heated swimming pool tucked along the right side of the villa, and a fully equipped pool house with BBQ and dedicated fridge — perfect for cold drinks beside the water. A second lounge zone sits next to the dining terrace, and the upstairs mezzanine reveals a TV lounge opening onto a large terrace with outdoor furniture.

The villa centres around a charming living room with fireplace, a well-equipped open kitchen and a separate dining room — all of which open through French doors directly onto the garden.

Beach lovers won’t need their car: the legendary Pampelonne sands and Club 55 are an easy walk away. For trips into the village of Saint-Tropez, Place des Lices is only 5–10 minutes by car or scooter — making this one of the most enviably located family villas on the peninsula.
