About the villa

Villa Christie is a fabulous, contemporary four-bedroom villa just minutes from the legendary beaches of Pampelonne and the village of Saint-Tropez. Beautifully modern in design, yet warmly furnished with local Provençal character, the villa is fully air-conditioned, with each bedroom enjoying its own en-suite bathroom — a true high-end family retreat.

At its heart, a stunning 60 m² sun-flooded living and dining room, framed by an architectural open fireplace and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass panels, opens onto a generous 60 m² covered terrace. From there, around 5,000 m² of beautiful gardens unfold in classic Mediterranean style.

Extensive covered and uncovered terraces wrap around the house — for sunbathing, dining and quiet reading — and guests enjoy the exclusive use of an exquisite 14 m × 5 m swimming pool with an integrated baby shallow pool and pool alarm. A dedicated pool house with shower and separate WC includes a stylish Dedon-furnished lounge area, perfect for shaded summer afternoons.

The location is ideal: three minutes from the iconic Pampelonne beaches and four minutes from Saint-Tropez, allowing guests to slip effortlessly between long days of relaxation, water sports and celebrity-spotting on the legendary stretch of sand.

Accommodation for eight guests

The 60 m² living and dining room features comfortable two-seater sofas and armchairs, international TV, Wi-Fi, DVD, stereo and a telephone. A double sleeping couch in the living room provides additional flexibility when needed.

Chef’s kitchen

The fully equipped modern kitchen is built for guests who love to cook: cooker, oven, microwave, dual fridges and freezer, Nespresso machine and milk foamer, dishwasher, all-new glassware, tableware and cutlery, plus a dedicated utility room with a washer/dryer combo, additional XL fridge-freezer, iron and ironing board, and a full set of cleansing equipment.

Service standard

The swimming pool and gardens are maintained weekly, and the villa is thoroughly cleaned with beds freshly made for every new arrival. High-quality bed linen and towels can be supplied on request. The villa is fully air-conditioned, with reversible heating for cooler evenings.
