An exceptional Saint-Tropez residence, Villa Alicia reveals itself slowly: the electric gates open onto a long, elegant driveway leading to a stately entrance framed by antique doors. Step inside, and a generous hall opens to the left onto a living room anchored by a grand open fireplace, with a separate formal dining room beyond. This is a true country estate, complete with its own illuminated private tennis court.

Just 5 minutes by car from Place des Lices in the centre of Saint-Tropez and only a few more minutes to the gentle white sands of Les Salins beach, the villa balances secluded estate-living with effortless access to the village.

The charming garden is planted with towering palm trees and exotic Mediterranean species, framing a heated swimming pool and an elegant pool house. A dedicated pétanque pitch with a covered garden pavilion and shaded benches invites long, convivial games of boules — best followed by a refreshing dive into the pool.

From the magnificent entrance hall, a sweeping staircase rises beside a discreet guest cloakroom. The spacious living room opens onto a large terrace fully equipped with outdoor furniture; the formal dining room seats up to twelve. Adjoining the well-equipped main kitchen are a private office and a first double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. A separate TV room and games room are ideal for children. Two further double bedrooms with bathrooms or shower rooms complete this level.

Upstairs, the majestic staircase leads to the master suite, opening onto a private balcony arranged for sunbathing and intimate breakfasts, with a generous bathroom featuring bath, walk-in shower, double basin and WC. Two additional double bedrooms on this floor have their own en-suite bathrooms.

A discreet, fully separate staff cabin sits within the grounds, invisible from the main villa, allowing service to remain attentive yet unobtrusive. Ample on-site parking completes the property.
