About the resort

Touched by the waves and cradled by the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, the Silvia Luxury Resort is a private estate of six exquisite Provençal villas arranged around a near-mythical waterfront setting. With its own private marina, boathouse and heliport, this is one of the most discreet and exclusive addresses on the entire peninsula — a place where the real luxury is absolute privacy.

Each of the six maisons has its own character, allowing guests to book individual villas or the entire resort.

Maison de Mer

The largest of the six. A bright main hall and a breakfast room on the ground floor lead to two generous bedrooms and two refined bathrooms finished in soft glass mosaic. A versatile relaxation room with terrace doubles beautifully as a third bedroom if required.

Maison de Silvia

The most characterful villa, renovated with every modern comfort while preserving its original 19th-century furnishings. The ground-floor library houses period furniture and antique books alongside three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Upstairs, a master suite with fireplace, walk-in dressing and marble bathroom opens onto a private sea-view terrace — ideal for a large family.

Maison du Jardin

Built for lovers of outdoor living: a vast terrace beside the garden invites long, slow breakfasts and apéritifs at sunset. Inside: a kitchen, dining room, one double bedroom and a private bathroom.

Maison la Plage

Open the windows and you are barefoot in the sand. Two terraces with barbecue and solarium, a kitchen, dining room, lounge, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. A versatile space for families and friends, with the romantic option of arriving directly by sea into the boathouse.

Maison du Port

A beautiful panoramic outlook and a private whirlpool bath define this villa. A kitchen, a large living room, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms — with a dedicated garage beneath the apartment.

Maison du Capitaine

The poetic stone house for true sailing lovers, reached directly by boat through the boathouse. A terrace, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom — a one-of-a-kind retreat cradled by the waves.

Resort amenities

Across the estate, guests share a swimming pool with solarium, direct access to the beach, a private boat dock and an unforgettable stretch of Mediterranean horizon. The private marina and boathouse allow guests to arrive directly by sea, while the on-site heliport opens the resort to discreet helicopter transfers from Nice, Monaco and Cannes.
