Renting a villa in Saint-Tropez

How much does it cost to rent a luxury villa in Saint-Tropez?

Luxury villa rentals in Saint-Tropez range from roughly €15,000 per week for a four-bedroom villa in low season to over €250,000 per week for a beachfront estate in July or August. Most family villas with a private pool rent for €25,000–€60,000 per week in high season. Cyrus International quotes an exact price per villa on request — you book directly with us, without listing fees.

How far in advance should I book for July or August?

Book six to ten months ahead: the most sought-after villas for July and August are reserved between October and February of the prior year. For June and September, three to five months in advance still gives a good choice. Last-minute rentals are possible, but the selection is limited to what remains.

What is included in the rental price?

The rental price covers exclusive use of the villa and grounds, pool and garden maintenance and — depending on the villa — housekeeping. Cyrus International’s concierge service is always included. A private chef, daily staff, drivers and boat charter are arranged on top and charged at cost. A security deposit and the local tourist tax apply to every rental.

What is the minimum rental period?

In July and August nearly all villas rent by the full week, usually Saturday to Saturday. In May, June, September and October stays of three to five nights are often possible — ask Sylvana, as this differs per owner.

Which area around Saint-Tropez should I choose?

It depends on how you want to spend your days. Les Parcs de Saint-Tropez is the gated estate next to the village — maximum privacy and security. Pampelonne and Ramatuelle are best for beach club life around Club 55, Loulou and Nikki Beach. Gassin offers hilltop villas with panoramic views over the gulf, and La Croix-Valmer is the quietest choice for families. Villas in Saint-Tropez village itself put the port and restaurants within walking distance.

How does booking with Cyrus International work?

Directly and personally. Tell Sylvana your dates, group size and wishes; she sends you a shortlist from our portfolio of 118+ personally inspected villas, usually within 24 hours. Once you choose, the villa is confirmed with a rental contract and a deposit. Cyrus has worked this way on the Saint-Tropez peninsula for two decades — no platforms, no listing fees. Concierge services

What does the Cyrus concierge service include?

Every villa rental includes the full concierge service led by Sylvana van Veen: airport and helicopter transfers, private chefs, restaurant reservations, beach club bookings, drivers, in-villa massages and spa, childcare and boat charter. The concierge service itself costs nothing extra; third-party services such as a chef or driver are charged at cost.

Who is Sylvana?

Sylvana van Veen leads Cyrus International’s concierge team and has worked on the Saint-Tropez peninsula for over two decades. She speaks English, French and Dutch and is the one personal contact for every guest, before and during the stay. Reach her on WhatsApp at +33 6 81 92 41 36, via Ask Sylvana or at sylvana@cyrusvillas.com.

Can you arrange a private chef at the villa?

Yes. We work with private chefs across the peninsula who cook in your villa — for a single dinner, daily breakfast and lunch, or full board for the entire stay. Menus, allergies and children’s wishes are agreed before arrival. In July and August, reserve your chef at the same time as the villa.

Can you get tables at Club 55 or other beach clubs in high season?

Yes. Sylvana books beach beds and lunch tables at Club 55, Loulou, Nikki Beach, Tahiti Plage, Les Palmiers and the other Pampelonne clubs for guests throughout the season. In July and August the best slots go quickly, so pass your preferred days to the concierge as early as possible — ideally before arrival.

Yacht & boat charter

Can I charter a yacht or boat through Cyrus?

Yes. Cyrus arranges day charters from Saint-Tropez and the Baie de Pampelonne — from a Wally Tender for a day along the coast to crewed motor yachts for larger groups. The boat collects you in the port or off the beach; pricing depends on boat size, season and itinerary and is quoted on request. See yachts for more.

What does a typical day on the water look like?

Most guests leave mid-morning, anchor in the Baie de Pampelonne for swimming, tender ashore for lunch at a beach club such as Club 55 or Nikki Beach, and cruise back past Cap Camarat or the coves of l’Escalet in the late afternoon. Skipper, fuel and water toys are arranged in advance by the concierge.

Are longer trips along the Côte d’Azur possible?

Yes. Day trips to the islands of Porquerolles and Port-Cros, or along the coast towards Cannes and Monaco, are all possible, as are multi-day charters. Tell the concierge your dates and group size and you will receive boat options with full pricing.

Getting there & practical questions

Which airport do I fly into for Saint-Tropez?

Nice Côte d’Azur (NCE) is the main international airport, about 100 km from Saint-Tropez — 1.5 to 2 hours by car, or around 20–25 minutes by helicopter transfer, which Cyrus can arrange. La Môle–Saint-Tropez airport (LTT), 15 km from the village, handles private jets and smaller aircraft. Toulon-Hyères (TLN), about 55 km away, is a quieter alternative with seasonal European flights.

Do I need a car during my stay?

Yes, a car is recommended. Most villas sit in the hills or behind Pampelonne, and taxis on the peninsula are scarce in summer. Cyrus arranges rental cars delivered to the villa, or a private driver for the whole stay — many guests prefer a driver in July and August, when parking in the village is difficult.

When is the best time to visit Saint-Tropez?

The season runs from May to early October. July and August are the liveliest — and the most expensive. June and September offer the best balance: a warm sea, open beach clubs and lower villa rates. Late September brings Les Voiles de Saint-Tropez, the classic-yacht regatta, while May is ideal for combining the Côte d’Azur’s event season along the coast.
