The swimming pool (12m x 6m) is equipped with fence and alarm system for children. There are two large terraces: one facing the pool under a large sycamore, with sofas and a large table for dining that can accommodate 18 people. Another terrace has sea view and – under a flowery pergola – can accommodate 10 people. The garden and the pool are beautufully lighted at night.
There is a Hi-Fi system in the house, garden and pool (Bang & Olufsen), Wi-Fi, alarm, and a garage. Outdoor space for 4 cars.A large garden of 3000 m² sunny, with fruit trees, oleanders and lavender will help you relax throughout the day in this charming Bastide at 2 minutes from the heart of the village of Saint-Tropez!

Luxurious accommodation for over twelve persons

The main villa has 3 double bedrooms upstairs :
– The Master bedroom offers a fireplace with a lot of space; this room is so quiet overlooking the bay. Equipped with TV, with a large bathroom with 2 sinks and toilets.
– 2 double bedrooms, one bay side and the other side garden, with bathroom and toilet, one with shower only.

There is also a small bedroom on the ground floor, near the main entrance of the Bastide, also equipped with a shower and toilet.

This charming Bastide has also 2 separate apartments with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a lounge with TV and a kitchen. In one of the appartments, you can transform the sofa of the living room in 2 single beds.

The living room has an ideal orientation on the bay of Saint-Tropez, spacious with a fireplace and a dining room that can accommodate up to 10 people.
