Villa Alexia consists of a large living area, a comfortable lounge with fireplace and dining area, all opening onto the terrace and the swimming pool of 11m x 5m. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped.

Accommodation for 8 people

There are four spacious double bedrooms in the villa. One is the Master bedroom offering a view over the garden and pool, with a bathroom (double sinks), shower and toilet.

The three other bedrooms are located on the other wing of the villa, orientated pool side and one garden side, with a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Villa amenities

Parking space can accommodate up to 4 cars and there is also 1 carport for a car.
The living room TV can receive up to 100 channels via satellite channels, and has also DVD, I-pod and stereo sound.
Wi-Fi access, alarm system and automatic gate.
