Tucked into the wooded slopes of the Belle Isnarde hill, Villa Victoria is a Provençal estate that opens its terraces onto the vineyards and the deep blue of the Baie des Canoubiers — with Château Borelli framing the horizon. Halfway between Place des Lices and Tahiti beach (a five-minute drive in either direction), and a stone’s throw from the five-star Château de la Messardière, it offers a rare combination: village life within reach, absolute privacy at home.

The main residence sleeps eight across four bedrooms, with an independent guest house adding a fifth bedroom for late-arriving friends, plus discreet quarters for staff (sleeps two). In total, 320 m² of refined interior living — 250 m² of which is reserved exclusively for our guests — flows seamlessly to 200 m² of outdoor spaces: covered terraces, a pergola dressed in vines, a traditional Provençal ramade, and balconies that catch every coastal breeze. The grounds stretch across 4,800 m² of landscaped Mediterranean gardens — olive, cypress, oleander, lavender — designed for late lunches that turn into long evenings.

Inside, every bedroom features individual air conditioning, a private safety box, and L’Occitane en Provence amenities. Crisp linens, plush towels, hairdryers, and a daily laundry service are arranged with the quiet professionalism that defines Cyrus International. Orange Fiber Optic delivers high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property — useful for those who like to step away from work without disappearing entirely.

Security is handled with the same precision: a remotely monitored alarm system, automatic gate, and five private parking spaces ensure your stay is as easy to arrive at as it is to settle into.
