Set on the quiet southern side of the Saint-Tropez peninsula, in a private domain between Ramatuelle and La Croix-Valmer, Villa La Roche enjoys breathtaking panoramic sea views. The unspoilt Gigaro beach is just five minutes away, Pampelonne ten minutes, with Saint-Tropez itself just beyond. The villages of Gassin, La Croix-Valmer and Ramatuelle are all within minutes.

The property covers an entire hectare, with the villa wrapped in a beautifully landscaped garden of mature trees, flowering shrubs and roses. The rest of the estate is preserved woodland — a conservation-zone privilege that guarantees uninterrupted sea views forever.

A garden built for entertaining

Several grassed terraces lead to a stunning heated 14 m × 5 m infinity swimming pool, complete with a “granny ledge” for that all-important rest with a Gin & Tonic. The garden is cleverly composed to deliver complete privacy — even with large parties.

The living room features a plasma TV with surround sound, DVD and satellite, with further satellite TVs in the kitchen and master suite. A multi-zone music system covers the living room, pool, kitchen and outdoor terrace. Full Wi-Fi, telephone, fax and house-wide air-conditioning round out the technology. The kitchen is equipped with an American fridge, a large Lacanche range with twin ovens, dishwasher, and two further fridges in the garage.
