Villa Bleu Bayou is a spectacular contemporary residence above Sainte-Maxime, with sweeping views across the bay toward Saint-Tropez. Behind its sober modern lines, every material has been chosen for the long view: Italian marble, walnut joinery, top-of-the-line equipment throughout. The property is built around the water. A heated indoor pool takes care of cooler days; outside, a generous infinity-style pool opens onto a wide terrace where lunch under the sun naturally lingers into long aperitifs at golden hour — the blue of the sea, the blue of the sky, a chilled glass of rosé.

First level — a dramatic rotating entry door opens onto the reception hall and three bedrooms. The master suite is dressed in grey Italian marble floor-to-wall, with its own dressing, bathroom with shower and bath, twin sinks and separate toilet. Two further bedrooms (the Yellow and the Blue) each have private shower rooms.

Second level — reached by staircase or by a private elevator integrated through the centre of the villa, giving access to all floors with ease. Further bedrooms, generous reception spaces and outdoor lounges complete the level.

Service areas include a dedicated laundry and a large cold room, designed so that household and catering staff can move quietly out of sight when chefs and concierges are at work.
