Villa La Plage is a brand-new, architect-designed modern villa just 50 metres from the sandy beaches of La Nartelle, with 180° sea views across the Bay of Saint-Tropez. From the terraces you can watch the daily ballet of yachts anchoring at the Pointe des Sardinaux, the natural gateway to the bay.

The beach lifestyle is part of the address: walk straight from the gate to the region’s most loved beach clubs and restaurants — La Prao, Le WYC, Mario Plage and La Voile — all within a few minutes on foot.

A graceful exterior staircase leads to the entrance level, where the master suite with private bathroom takes pride of place. Two further good-size guest bedrooms each have private shower and toilet, and a fourth single bedroom with trundle is ideal for children or a fifth adult traveller.

The kitchen is built around a bar island with Miele appliances — dishwasher, microwave oven, two large refrigerators — and a separate utility room is equipped with Miele washing machine and dryer.
