Villa Belvèdere is a luxurious, recently built contemporary villa of approximately 350 m², set within one of the most exclusive residential domains of Ramatuelle — just a short stroll from the legendary Pampelonne beaches and the iconic Club 55. Few addresses on the peninsula offer such effortless walking access to one of the most coveted stretches of sand in the Mediterranean.

At its centre, an exquisite landscaped garden of approximately 2,800 m² unfolds in waves of olive trees, oleander and lavender, framed by several shaded terraces, intimate lounge corners and a magnificent swimming pool. A separate wing offers four further independent bedrooms, each with private shower room — ideal for families and groups of friends who appreciate both togetherness and personal space.

Throughout, the villa is finished to a very high standard with full air-conditioning, designer fittings and a quiet, considered aesthetic that lets the surrounding gardens do most of the talking.
