The villa is about 5 minutes away by car from Place des Lices in the centre of Saint-Tropez and Salins beach is even no longer than a few minutes away by car.
The charming garden with huge palm trees and exotic plants offers a heated pool and pool house, as well as a Jeu des Boules spot with covered garden house and outside benches. It is nice to enjoy this game with family and friends with a refreshing dive in the pool afterwards.

Accommodation for 12 persons

In the large entrance hall there is the magnificent staircase and guest toilet. The spacious living room opens onto a large terrace, generously equipped with outdoor furniture. The dining room is suitable for up to 12 people. Adjoining the well equipped, large kitchen and an office, there is a double bedroom with bathroom.
Furthermore you find a large TV room and a games room, ideal for the children.
On this level there are also two double bedrooms and two bathrooms / showers.

First floor:
With the majestic staircase you reach the master bedroom, opening onto a lovely balcony (equipped for sunbathing and breakfast) and a roomy bathroom with bath and shower, double washbasin and toilet. Also on the first floor, there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

Staff accommodation is available by way of a separate cabin on the plot, which cannot be seen from the villa.
