About the villa

Villa Pearl hides among the vineyards on the edge of Saint-Tropez village — a five-minute walk from the beach, and just off the Route des Plages leading toward Nice. It enjoys one of the most privileged positions in our portfolio: complete countryside calm, with the centre of Saint-Tropez within an easy stroll.

The villa offers 400 m² of living space and sleeps up to ten guests. Inside, a stunning living room with fireplace flows into a fully equipped kitchen and a dedicated TV lounge. Five double bedrooms (three with en-suite bathrooms) and four bathrooms accommodate families and groups of friends in comfort, with a separate one-bedroom staff house on-site for full-service stays.

Outside, a large covered balcony connects the indoor living areas to a generous veranda and a swimming pool that runs the full length of the house. The garden is the kind you settle into for the entire afternoon — long lunches at the shaded terrace, lazy reading by the pool, evening apéros watching the southern sky soften over the vineyards.
