The villa spans 550 m² of refined living space set on a generous 5,600 m² plot, planted with classic Mediterranean species: olive trees, parasol pines and ancient cork oaks. Six elegant bedrooms and six bathrooms comfortably accommodate up to twelve guests, while interiors balance Provençal warmth with discreet contemporary luxury.

Outdoors, life revolves around the heated infinity pool, the outdoor jacuzzi and the fully equipped pool house — ideal for long lunches and sunset apéritifs. For cooler evenings, an indoor jacuzzi and a private wine cellar add to the sense of effortless indulgence. A caretaker couple lives in a separate house on the property, ensuring smooth, attentive service throughout your stay.

Location is exceptional: a 5-minute walk brings you to the heart of Saint-Tropez, its harbour and the iconic Place des Lices market. The legendary beaches of Pampelonne and Ramatuelle are just a 10-minute drive away.
