Villa Lilian is a luxury villa just above the village of Grimaud, set high enough to take in a true panoramic view: the medieval castle ruins crowning Grimaud, the surrounding hills, and the deep blue of the Bay of Saint-Tropez stretching out below. Sleeps ten, with a heated pool and sea views from almost every terrace.

The property sits on a private plot of more than 1,800 m² in a quiet residential street with no through traffic. To the south, an 8 x 4.5 m heated swimming pool (secured by a roll cover) anchors a sun-drenched terrace, with a covered dining terrace built directly against the villa for shaded long lunches. The garden is impeccably kept, with the bay always somewhere in the corner of your eye.

Inside, the villa offers five bedrooms and four bathrooms, all bedrooms individually air-conditioned.

Ground floor: a generous living room flows through sliding doors onto the dining terrace, with a fully equipped modern kitchen alongside — American fridge, gas stove, oven, microwave, two dishwashers, and a Nespresso machine. A first bedroom (with private shower room) is on this floor.

Upper floor: two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room and a private balcony — sea views worth waking up for.

Lower floor: two further bedrooms share a fourth shower room; one of them has patio doors opening onto its own terrace.

Villa Lilian is an ideal choice for families and groups of friends who love Saint-Tropez but want a little altitude, a little quiet, and a magnificent view to come home to each evening.
