Villa Soraya is a fully renovated modern property set between Les Salins beach and the heart of Saint-Tropez — quiet enough for true privacy, close enough to walk down for an evening at Place des Lices, Caves du Roi or Hôtel Byblos. The owner has overseen the renovation personally, and the villa’s warm ambiance is immediately tangible.

The garden is the soul of the property: exotic plants, abundant flowers and shaded lounging corners frame a large central pool surrounded by generous terraces. A charming pool house with its own bar, shower and toilet sits poolside — there is an additional outdoor shower in the garden.

Bedrooms and layout

Villa Soraya sleeps 12 guests across 6 bedrooms, plus a separate staff bedroom on the lower level. The first floor hosts the master suite with bath and shower and a private terrace overlooking the garden, alongside three further double bedrooms with en-suite bath or shower rooms, each opening onto the garden. Two additional independent bedrooms with bath or shower and private toilet sit across the pool, with their own terrace and outdoor dining bar.

Indoor living

The ground floor opens through a generous hall onto a large living room with dining area and a fully equipped chef’s kitchen. Every reception room flows naturally onto the terraces, with multiple dining tables and lounge spots arranged across the garden. A dedicated TV room, in-room TVs and full WiFi coverage complete the comfort.

Location

Tucked between the beaches of Les Salins, La Moutte and Tahiti, Villa Soraya gives easy access to Pampelonne, Club 55 and Nikki Beach, while the village of Saint-Tropez sits only minutes away.
