Set on the gentle heights of Gassin just a two-minute drive from the centre of Saint-Tropez, Villa Alexia enjoys a serene panorama over rolling hills and the verdant greens of the Gassin Golf Country Club. The villa opens around a generous living area: a comfortable lounge with fireplace, a dining space and a fully equipped adjacent kitchen, all flowing outward through wide doors onto the terrace. There, an 11 m × 5 m swimming pool takes centre stage in a beautifully planted Mediterranean garden, surrounded by sunbeds and shaded corners for long, lazy lunches.

Designed to welcome up to eight guests in real comfort, the villa offers four spacious double bedrooms. The master suite looks out over the garden and pool, with its own bathroom featuring twin basins, walk-in shower and WC. The three further bedrooms are tucked away in the opposite wing — two pool-side, one garden-side — sharing a bathroom and separate WC.

Practical comforts are equally well considered: ample parking for four cars plus a covered carport, satellite TV with over a hundred channels, DVD, iPod dock and stereo sound, full Wi-Fi access, an alarm system and a discreet automatic gate.

Just minutes from the heart of Saint-Tropez, the celebrated beaches of Pampelonne and the local markets and restaurants of Gassin and Ramatuelle, Villa Alexia is an ideal Provençal base for families and friends seeking a relaxed, well-located retreat.
