Inside you find a stunning living room with fireplace and a fully-equipped kitchen. Besides the TV lounge there are five bedrooms and four bathrooms.  The large balcony with a beautiful view, covers the terrace which gives access to the outside terrace and the swimming pool.

There is also one-bedroom for staff accommodation on the site.

Located next to the Gassin Provence, just off the road leading to Nice and the Route des Plages. The living space of Villa Pearl is 400 m2 and it is located on a piece of land of 4000 m2. The Villa has 3 living areas inside along with terraces on the first floor and on the ground floor, a veranda and a pool area running along the length of the house.
