About the villa

Villa Victoire is composed of a main residence and two independent outbuildings, designed to give every family or couple within a larger group their own private wing. The pool is a heated infinity pool set in front of a fully equipped pool house, and a rooftop terrace crowned with its own Jacuzzi takes in the full panorama: the Mediterranean, the coastline, and the legendary Îles d’Or on the horizon.

A wide, fully equipped summer terrace wraps the south side of the villa — a place to start the day with breakfast in the sun and end it with dinner under the stars.

Main residence — ground floor: living room and bar, dining room, family kitchen, storage, and a sea-view terrace.

Main residence — first floor: Master Bedroom 1, a vast 50 m² suite with king bed, dressing, full bathroom (bath and shower), separate toilet, and its own 85 m² sea-view terrace with private Jacuzzi.

Main residence — garden level: Master Bedroom 2, 45 m² with king bed, dressing, shower bathroom, separate toilet, and a sea-view terrace overlooking the domain. Laundry room and garage access complete the level.

Two-bedroom outbuilding: a private independent house with family kitchen, TV corner and sea-side terrace. Bedroom 3 (16 m², king, dressing, shower) and Bedroom 4 (18 m², king, dressing, shower).

One-bedroom outbuilding: a further independent guest suite with king bed and its own bathroom — ideal for grandparents, late-arriving friends or a private nanny.

Villa Victoire is one of our most flexible properties for groups travelling together who still value privacy. Private chef, daily concierge, drivers, beach club bookings and yacht charters can be arranged on request through Sylvana and the Cyrus International team.
